I want to thank the thousands of members from elitetrack.com including all guests for reading this blog, participating in the forum, and reading the research articles. The DL season is basically done and some have started getting ready for next year or Rio. I have decided to take a break from blogging full time as my rants are getting weak and repetitive and I have not finished my level 3 paper. Each blog doesn’t take much time to do. usually 5-10 minutes and helps me reconfirm or rethink things, but I like that John Grace and other guest blogs are growing. If you are an athlete or coach and want to voice your opinion, it’s important to do so. Many have sent me emails or PM complaining about various problems in the field and profession, but silence only makes the pain chronic (pun intended). I have 6-8 brief articles to complete, some are on Freelap USA and a few are on other websites. We all know I am going to be baited by some expert coming out doing “Digestion Training” at the Royal Flush Institute when we need more motivational approaches from CT Fletcher and just do the work. If you are interested in contributing please PM me or fire me an email. You don’t have to be a great writer or expert, just an honest opinion is refreshing to the internet readers. I am no guru expert or even a very good writer, but the passion for sport and the love for education is enough to help out the rest of the profession.
