    Effective Strategies to Lose Fat

    For those looking to lose weight, incorporating the right workout routine into their fitness regimen is essential. While any form of exercise can help burn calories and shed fat, some workouts are more effective than others. With the right equipment and exercise routine, it only takes as little as 10 minutes per day. Here are some of the workout routines that burn the most fat.

    1. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

    5. Walking
