So Mike in this situation would you recommend this plan.
I am working with some talented kids and I am looking for the best possible solution.
I was thinking about using it with my kids for a 6 week period starting in Jnauary thru mid Feb. We do not have indoor facilities(expect a run way mat that is about 25 meters and access to plyos/weight room) and during this time period it will be in the 20s and 30s.
So during this 6 week period…I was thinking about working out 4 days a week (100 – 200 meters)
1 – Short Speed Endurance
2- Tempo
3. Treadmill
4. Treadmill
…I am considering the two treadmills sessions has a maximal velocity workout and the other to be considering as a speed end. workout.
