You say be prepared for a host of problems….why is there two different thoughts on treadmill training?
Obviously, a lot of people do this type of training and I have heard different results from the training.
What would you recommend if you have no indoor facilities…in the past, we have done stairs, plyos, weights, 20 to 25 meter sprints, resistance runs – I feel that if we could do two quality workouts a week on the treadmill it will be benefical for the sprinters in the spring.
