I self train like the rest of em. Partialy its because we don’t ahve enough sprint coaches at my high school and the best of em are always training our champion female hurdler/sprinter. So After searching around this forum, I’ve decided to push myself to the edge.
Its basically alot of sprinting(intervals-starts-accels-lactic threshold training-speed training,etc), olympic style lifting and pylos.
Im 15 years old but I know ALOT about basic sports traiing and nutiriotion and I have a friend(25-some years old) who is a sprinter who helps me out.
My goals for the end of my highschool time is a sub 11 time in the 100.(I have 4 years:duh:)
My current time (unofficially) is 12s flat.
My for the 200 is to kill a 24s time. I don’t take 200 really seriously and is more of a thing I like to do to challenge myself. Currently I run it at 26(yes i know, im slow)
What would make me REALLY happy is if I can show up all those arrogant,no-training cocky sums a bitches who think that they are all that.
I’ll show em what a determined asian(korean*) can do.
*Yes I know its odd to see an asian sprinting but its a passion for me.*
