A couple recent workouts:
10/27 – Jog, Medball, then 10x22m – in evening did 300 KB Swings, 100 pull-ups, 100 squats, including pistol squats with 55 lb KB
10/28 – 8×150 fastest at 18.2 – longer recoveries
10/29 – Row, Stretch – 20×1 Power Clean – every 20-30s at 220; About 100 total reps of squat with triples up to 265 then 10×1 at 265 with short recovery – then 2 at 245, 4 at 225, 8 at 205, 10 at 185, 15 at 165, 20 at 135.
Did 3x 45″ box jumps between squat sets.
