    Wise one, I do not know your age, what you are training for, or the reason for the dieting(losing weight, building muscle.. etc.) Just to let you know but 76% of people who go on a very strict diet end up gaining weight after they can't take their diet anymore. You may last two weeks or two months but I am very sure you will be not stay on this diet long term. Even a dietitian would say this is not a healthy diet because you are not getting enough nutrients and vitamins especially protein wise. Lean meats are okay (serving size is 3 oz.) FDA says an adult male should have 63g of protein per day. If you want to make sure you are on the right track, send it to a registered dietitian for analysis. Just some thoughts.
