After that, I hope you don't drink out of plastic bottles (if you are worried about meats causing problems) because if they are in the heat they release plenty of xenoestrogens and other fun chemicals. Shit there are very few perfect things out there nowadays, but as an athlete you are doing yourself a disservice by not getting PLENTY of meat. A lb of meat a day should be nearly a minimum. Add shakes onto that as well.
