I believe that some people have too much fun eating… lol. Actually all the foods that I have mentiond are already at my leisure. Most of these foods can be found at your local super market. Right now it's kind of like a normal everyday routine for me… it's easy because it's already there… animal proteins aren't the only proteins that can consist of the 63g of proteins required in the diet. A diet necessarily doesn't have to be organized but that may be why it's just a habit for me now. I don't have to look at my list to find out what I'm having for breakfast I already know… when I say "diet" many think it has to be of some special or professional purpose, it may be but it is simply the food that I like to eat that meet that daily servings requirements, I like to eat "whole" foods because my body has adapted to eating more "wholsome" foods.
The reason I try to eat whole foods is because I can get optimum benefits from eating it in it's pure state which especially helps in growth of bodily functions. I always thought the healthier the happier. But everyone has his/her limits… I actually have lots of fun eating the foods that I do…
I feel great and I can go to bed at night with a clear conscience…lol
I don't want to approach this whole subject like a human dictionary, but meat foods and eggs could definitely be added to a normal "diet", but as for animal proteins I don't think dairy products like whey milk etc. are necessary. Right now I am in my track season, 18 years old, and running the 200m and 400m.
The only mistake I made (fixed) on my diet listed here on the top of the page was the servings size of veg., fruits, and grains.
