-not nearly enough protein intake
-drop the soy and wheat germ
-too organized–I don't see anybody following that strict of a diet without developing an eating disorder (ie bodybuilder) very long.
-not enough dark greens (broccoli, spinach, etc. I'd have these make up a majority of the veggies)
-too many juices (unless you are making your own, it probably has plenty of extra sugar and other garbage added)
-not enough calories period
