Kedem Grape Juice, 100% Juice Cranberry from Ocean spray, Orange juice from Tropicana not from concentrate, Dole pine apple juice. If I am working out I'll usually have some amino acids…but other than that my body needs breaks inbetween meals to break the food down…I cant be eating constantly through out the day… what do you think?
as for dark greens I eat green bell peppers broccoli spinach & cucumbers
