    I have considered eating kosher meats like eggs, chicken, salmon, and non-homogenized milk…I'd like to say pure milk straight from the cow… I can't stand all the crap they add to milk, when I drink it once in a while I get a sour stomach just like if you gave adult animals milk, there bodies don't react quite well to it either… wonder why… babies need milk, if I decided not to eat carrots for a long time do you think I'm gonna get sick from that… you see our bodies were designed to eat plant-based foods… I'm not saying I don't eat meats, I just don't eat them all the time. I can't get facts from the meat eating society of America it's rather quite large. We are always gonna tell why meats are good but not some of the effects of eating it constantly. governmont recquires hormones added to meats & such forth, it's a money making program, also look at other countries don't eat as much meats as Americans look at disease rates and life span… much healthier.

    as for soy…soy offers the highest quality protein of any plant food…often refferred to as "meat without bones" the soybean was actually introduced to America by Benjamin Franklin… etc. I don't really want to get into it but soy offers all nine of the essential amino acids making it a complete protein.
