I just skimmed the program and here’s a couple observations:
1. Way too many plyos, especially considering most are high intensity plyos. This would best be used later in the season and at lower volumes.
2. You’ve got too much slow running in the program. 70+ second 400m repeats will do little to improve short sprint performance. If you want to run fast you’ve got to train fast, at least some of the time.
3. Try coordinating your weight work with your track work a little better.
