Forearm curls huh? Your workouts look like they are a little unbalanced. I think you should really move your workouts to address your needs.
Day 1 – 1700 meters
Day 2 – 1800 meters – 300m of Acc. Dev.
Day 3 – 2000 meters
Day 4 – off
Day 5 – 2800 meters at 70-80%, 2800m at 50-60%
TO MUCH WORK. You’ll burn out and I really think if you timed the workouts each week, you’d see that you’re %ages would change drastically because you’re body wouldn’t be recovered. I’d adjust the volume. It’s quality not quantity. Sorry if I sound harsh. Just think you could make a lot of changes to maximize your needs.
