So you’d like to see her take off a bit further from the hurdle – letting her COM pass a bit further beyond her take off foot – which will lower her attack angle/trajectory into the hurdle – make a lower, shorter and therefor quicker hurdle clearance.
A possible byproduct would be a longer stretch on the slightly delayed trail leg – evoking a better stretch reflex – and therefor quicker recovery of the trail leg…which will be needed if she reduces her flight time..as things will speed up (hopefully)…
Admittedly – I’m grasping at straws here – trying to find something we can work on that will help find some more 10ths – as we’re not going to do it based on training volume/taper this year…
