That is an unbelievable time. I wonder how fast the American athletes would run if our national hero was a sprinter and the sport to do was not basketball/football. What would be the increase of participation at the school level if that was the case? Get 25% more athletes per school? Wonder if we would pull freaks every year out of the hundreds of thousands that would come out.
