[/quote]Let me know how that works. For the record I would recomend using extensive since it will aid your recovery after hard workouts. I'm pretty sure what I described in that other thread was replacing intensive with speed endurance and keeping extensive tempo. I'm pretty sure I've heard of 100m programs that didn't use tempo though.
