make day 4 easier or rest on day 4 and make 5 a speed day. I would actually also substitute day 3 with a speed endurance day. In conclusion I think you are running abit too much to be a 200/400m guy.
I would do something like this:
1:6x60m 6 min rec
2:extensive: 15 min easy striding
3:5x150m/4x200m 5-10 min recovery
4:rest
5:acceleration 8x40m or top speed
6:extensive tempo
7:rest
