Great 2/4/8 runners are practically non-existent at the collegiate (at least D1) or higher level. This is because there is a definite compromise when trying to train for all three. If you want to achieve the best results you'd be best to run either the 2 & 4 or the 4 & 8. It sounds as if your best fit at the collegiate level would be the 4 & 8. If you add the LJ in to the mix you're making even more of a compromise. Ultimately you need to decide whether you want to be good at a bunch of things or REALLY GOOD (or great) at one or two things.
