felt reallll easy
around 4-5 amp each muscle grouping
ok i sucked it up, and cranked it up today. it felt alot diff! i like it tho, and i should be able to inc amp as my pain tolerance gets better.
yeh ur lower back and gluts should be able to all the intensity within the first 2-3 session, my hammy and quads can only take 3-5. the only thing about going up to 100-120hz it will drain ur battery faster – but batteries are pretty cheap so no worries.
