sorry i havent posted in a while, my grandfather died last week and i had to go back up to canada for the funeral and give my second fuckin euology in 2 months. havent trained in a week. or gone to school for that matter.

right now 1 and half months after hernia surgery
im having trouble with the SLJ (immediate pain) although i jump well, just once…lol
the short sprints are dog slow, my old form creeps back every once in a while (whether it be squatting out of the blocks or hips dropping/hips back or over striding)
the longer sprints feel fine
my body has been getting tired real quick and havent been able to finish workouts with good form.
my body is not used to taking so much time off i guess
the weights are almost back to normal now…my squat strength is getting up and bench is getting there. hang cleanning is gunna be a lil while just yet–cuz its such an explosive movement.
