After a nice and enjoyed day off yesterday I start my fourth and unloading week of this meso. So, all volumes will be cut. In light of this, I'm hoping that I can run fast on Friday seeing as how I'll have little to no fatigue set in from this week 😀

The workout was really good today. I went out there with the midset to run fast and I did. I gave it all I had and I felt like I left nothing on the table today. I noticed I was more relaxed today than I had been on other "relaxed" reps, so that's something I'm really starting to pay attention to as well.
If you're wondering where I got the 33.4 for 250 from, it's the estimated goal pace of a 53.5 400m time. As I get faster I'll start making my times in practice get faster.
