5 x 30m and 5 x 40m
Today's workout felt pretty good. At first I was a bit sluggish because for some reason I was just so tired getting out there. With all this moving garbage and everything else going on, sleep is hard to come by for a brotha 😛
The first 3 30's were sloppy and then next thing you know I was just busting out and flying. The reason why I'm not doing 60's like I would like to is simply becuase I really don't have enough speed to play around with 60's. I think 30's and 40's will suffice at developing speed for the rest of the season. Plus, again with the burnout I was feeling, I think 30's and 40's are the perfect distance because I proly couldn't handle any more.
I'm a bit motivated for Junior Olympics now because now I feel like I'm regaining speed. Friday should be a good workout (some SE1) because now I'm feeling like I can actually run again. So we'll see how it goes.
Wish me luck, guys. Junior Olympics are two weeks from Saturday (woo-hoo!). Time to start flying!
