I don't have a stopwatch at the moment since mine broke, so I just went out and ran really fast. It felt good, pretty relaxed coming off the turn and had pretty good lift as well when coming off the turn. I know I'm already getting in better shape because I really didn't feel any significant amount of LA until the 4th rep. The first set had to be in 38/39 and the second in about 39 cos I really hit the wall on the 2nd rep.
Today I won't be doing anything cos I have to take care of a few things before I go and watch drivephase's school compete against mine tonight. It's only a Seagrave day and I'm in the middle of an unloading week, so it shouldn't affect me too much I don't think. If anything, the rest day might help for regeneration as it's cutting back weekly volume. I'm hoping for big things Saturday, so wish me luck.
