I'm in the zone
Today, since I sat yesterday, I did the Seagrave warm up (which I might adopt more permanently…was feeling pretty good) and then some accelerators and a couple 30m sprints.
Tomorrow is going to be a great day. Like I was telling drivephase earlier, I have to and AM going into this meet with a chip on my shoulder of sorts. I have not only so much to prove to myself, but so much to prove to the other athletes being a track "pariah" of sorts not running for my school. So I have a lot to prove to everyone out there as well.
I'm totally getting pumped for tomorrow. I can't wait to step out on the track and start flying. Nothing less than 53 and 23 will do tomorrow. No excuses!
So, wish me luck y'all. I'ma chill today (no work…woo-hoo!) and I'll post the results ASAP.
