Today was an interval/LA day (I don't really know what to call it *shrug*). 100/200/300/400/300/200/100 with no more than 300m walk b/t reps and the lowest was 100m.
Great workout except my calves are sore since I started wearing my spikes again. Regardless it was a great workout and I loved every minute of it. Felt the burn.
Relaxation and form were all major pluses in today's workout so that's good. I just had a good workout and I'm looking forward to more of the kind.
Tomorrow is an active recovery/warm up day so that's nice.
