No lifting again today (I was dead tired, plus I have to help my mom some more before I can really lift again).
But, did a hill workout and all I can say
:barf: :barf: :barf: :barf:
I was spent after the session today. I first started out with doing the hill circuit 3x's (lunges, high knees, frog hops, bounds, sprint) with walkdown recov. and 2-3min b/t sets. That already accumulated a little CNS and a lot of muscular fatigue (remember I missed my last two hill sessions) and then I went and took on some long hill sprints (2×3).
:wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:
I thought the hill was only like 50m long or so, but it's actually close to 100m (probably around 80m or so) and doing those all fast with a walkdown recovery, the LA was kicking me all up in my booty and my muscles were already fatigued so I had to work THAT much harder. But, they were all still pretty fast (first set faster than the first) and I did a good job of maintaining relaxation because I really wanted to tighten up on the second set, but I kept my composure and had some good runs.
I'm a bit on the tired side  , but I'll be cool. Tomorrow I'll be doing intervals and then I get two days off (however I may take a nice easy jog Saturday night after work to shake off some soreness) and I get to root on my Panthers Sunday.
Go Carolina!!!!!!!!! We're going Super Bowl this year!
