Your weigths are inconsistet..you snatched 88 92 kilos in the first page, now 70, squat slightly above 85 kilos?and clean less than snatch?I don't understand..
will if u look those first 6 weeks i did the cad program and the last 2-3weeks i have change my training, as you can see most of my lifting esp the OL has gone to lighter weights for speed and most of them or from blocks or hang pos. during this 8 week training phase i never really put lots of focus on the squats. if you have more questions ask..
