ok. well I’m starting to put some miles on now. What kind of temo runs would you recomend? For speed workouts would you say 400 repeats or 200 repeats or maybe a combination? I was doing some 400 repeats cause its sprinting but its also a long sprint but then again the 200 is more of a sprint. Plus how many miles a week would you say considering I play soccer on Thursdays and Sundays?
