In a state ruled by basketball hard to get kids to run 7 days a week. Hard to get kids to run in general, I think if I would of stayed at that school another year he would of ran 6 days a week, just had to get his trust first before we really went for it. But anyways I think the one day off is more for mental reasons than physical
