Gave the athletes last week off and we started track officially yesterday. Had 40 something athletes for the sprints/jumps. We should get a few more in the coming days as well as when wrestling and basketball end. The day went slow because we don’t have a regimen down yet but overall I thought it went well. Only had about a half hour to lift and all of the athletes didn’t finish the workout. I think I am going to film a week of our practice and post for critique and to share thoughts with the community.

3:30-4:05 Short Meeting and Teach Warmup
4:05-4:55 6x10m, 6x15m, 6×20 with 1,1.5 and 2 min recoveries (Crouch, 3 Point, 4 Point Positions) = 270m Total
4:55-5:10 Multi Jumps (3SLJ, LLRR, RRLL) 2 sets of each
5:10-5:45 Lift see sheet
