I'm assuming you set it up like that because you think it's best to do MaxV work while you can (when the weather is still warm) and saving acc. dev for when you were forced to move inside. What were your thoughts on the effectiveness of the type of program you mentioned above.
yeah, we didn't have an indoor space so we got after maxV pretty hard while we could (with fairly good results).
As for speed endurance/special endurance, we wouldn't do it much in prep except as test (somewhere bte 250-500m depending on event).
