Good news!
I have been careful not to re-injure in training and it has paid off. The tendonitis is almost fully gone! I was able to compete on Sunday in the 55m, 400m and 4x200m without complications. I felt it during the warmup but it did not hold be back. Funny thing is I ran real good because I waan’t overtrained!
I think I am turning the corner with this thing. Next stop Penn Realys!
