yeah i usuallyh ice 4-5 mins every hour guess i should bump it up. It heals rather quickly two days after practice. I do strengthening of the adductors after 20-25mins nice and easy ride on the stationary bike(sometimes i go till lactic acid is built up like crazy then cool it down). I feel it when its super sore at the tendon everytime i ice i have to move my sack cause then it starts freezing heheheeh.
