okay guys its getting better. I wen to practice i can run somewhat fine dont know about speed, but i feel like i cant hold my form its like one area gives out or some other muscle area. Well i feel pain when i am on the supporting leg where the pain subsides. Next day it seemed like i aggravated it but the next day after it was okay. Man mike what can i do to help me maintain strength if i take another week off i lose months of work. I lose strength and speed VERY fast.
