Since you work monday through friday you could possibly try giving yourself another rest day during the week and train on saturday? Unless saturday is kind of a sacred gotta have off kind of day which I would understand. You can definitely get away with doing weights after speed session but just might not be able to do as much volume if you had them spaced during the day. You have your rest days pretty close to each other which I think if you spaced them out it would help some. So it could be 3 days on…rest, 2 days on rest, repeat. If you had your week starting on a tuesday, you could have tues-thurs on, fri off, sat/sun on, monday off…just an idea. For your weights are you going heavy? If so, you have a decent bit of high CNS days which could be the reason why you feel like you are not recovering. Your low CNS days are really only your off days so youd want more than that. If you can fit it in time wise, I’d couple your sprints with your weights. You could add some extensive tempo in there or general strength circuits for recovery days.
