4 miles, steady running, with hills. This would have been a pretty good recovery workout, but it was run on a very hard surface. I felt pretty good doing it however, and it shouldn't have any negative effects. It was also a good workout to get my fitness back after my layoff. Afterwards I went to hit balls at the driving range, at a temperature around freezing, so that kind of drained my energy, and I felt wasted for the whole afternoon. Hopefully I'll recover well for tommorrow, so I can get in a good SE session. I'm hoping to do a 2*150 meter time trial, anything around 17.5 would be fantastic.
