I'm satisfied with the way my indoor season went. I feel pretty cooked right now though, after 4 months of almost nonstop training. I am going to take a week or two of lowered volume and intensity, and I am going to try to do as many non-running activities as possible to stay fit. My body needs a break from the pounding, and this is the last chance it will get for a while. I have to work out in gym class for the next couple of weeks, so the majority of my training will be done their, via weights and cardio. I will start running again in about a week, but only 3 times in the first week. After this little two week break, I will start back with my regular training volume, trying to improve upon where I left off in the indoor season. My first outdoor meet isn't until the first week of May, so I have a long time to wait.
