Workout: Upper Body Weights
Hanging leg Raises: 1*25 reps, 1*15 reps
Tricep Dips:6 reps
Chinups: 6 reps
Bench Press: 111lbs*10 reps, 6 reps
Cable rows: 110lbs*8 reps, 6 reps
Bent Over Rows: 22.5kgs, 10 reps each side.
Lateral Raises: 7.5kg, 12 reps
Military Press: 12.5kg dumbells, 10 reps
Lat Pulldowns: 110lbs*5reps

Workout: Hard to Classify
Did Typical Track warmup
Did some low hurdle drill, and 5 set of 5 non-consecutive frog hops
5 sets of 30 seconds of running A???s with about 2 minutes in between sets
Did 4 laps of walk one corner, jog straight, accelerate corner, and ???sprint??? straight. My hammy was feeling very tender by the end. I don???t think it???s anything serious, probably just from my first time running, but I will be very careful with it.
Comments: It felt good to run again, but I am a tad concerned about my hamstring. Need to get more sleep!

I didn???t do anything, but I had to do some rather intensive muscular endurance work in gym, as we were fitness testing. I had to do a pushup hold and a skier sit for as long as possible, so that was a bit challenging

Warmed up, but over the last couple of days my hamstring has got considerablly worse, do the point where I can???t do anything beyond a fast jog. I did a lot of medball work, then fast jogged 1200 meters.
