Monday June 21st
Well I've ran 4 races in the last 2 days, and 2 of them were PB's, so needless to say I'm just looking to recover right now. I had a really good contrast shower in the afternoon, got some more ART on my hamstring (which is much better; probably around 80%, should be near 100% within a few days), and then did a full 30 minutes bodyweight circuit + some drills. I stretched for about 30 minutes afterwards, and I'm really starting to feel loose all over which is good. I feel ready to do some quality work tommorrow!
In the evening I mowed the lawn for 45 minutes. It was actually a suprisingly good circulation workout, so I did about 15 minutes of stretching afterwards. I feel really really loose right now and ready to run, the first time I've felt this good in weeks.
