BTW how would it be ideal to run speed endurance sessions as 5x150m with long rec?
Should you run all at an even pace? faster the first reps? Fastest the reps in the middle (2-3) or fastest in the last reps?
Are there any advice about this also for other types of sessions. like SE2? Intensive tempo sessions?
For me I normally run reps in the middle fastes in speed or speed endurance sessions. I think Its because then I am warmed up good and still have power. The last rep is also one of the fastest. In more “longer sprint intervalls” I tend to always run the last reps fastest, while the first ones are quite slow.
