i’m impressed, and i never doubted his squat numbers, only his speed, but . . . he still has a 52 inch vert which puts him in a very small group of elite athletes out there, so if he was properly trained, he probably could have lots of potential, right? But are there drawbacks to being as big as he is? I am trying to improve my squat and deadlift, but with minimal weight gain, for i’m a jumper, not much of a sprinter.
alison felix gained 2 lbs from her training, but she is a woman, less test of course. but still, he definitely gained a ton of weight since he began his training, wonder if any of that was avoidable, i knowthere is a thread on hypertrophy, this is related to that. His numbers are impressive, but it looks like his strength to weight ratio is about 3-3.5:1, is there anyone out there that’s even better? like those dunkers?
