Pretty good practice, i worked out a lot of kinks in my start.
First we did lik 10x50m w/ 30 sec. rest, like 90%.
Then we took a 5 min. rest.
10x50m starts w/ 1 min. rest
My start is now like a hundred times better. My reaction is good, i don’t rock back. i keep all my pressure on my front foot and rocket out, driving with my alternate arm. i have a good drive phase, and i don’t pop up too quickly.
I can smell a sub 8 sec. 55mH in the future.
I’m snowed in so ill see what i can do. My brother a “meteorologist” says 10-16 inches w/ possible 22in. locally.
