Skrewed in hurdles, slipped on start and missed finals by .001 seconds, i still believe that i could have taken 3rd. New PR- 8.34 sec, whatever, ill sub 8 at the armory.
600m- felt tired from the meet two days before, the 1st place person was running his own race out in front of us, so i lead the way, took it out too slow for the first two laps, i was counting on my kick to win, but that didn’t happen, whatever. 3rd- 1:27.60… i’ll sub 2:00 at the armory in the 8.
my terrible 4×4 at the end, i split 53.2, 10th- 3:52.81. whatever, i don’t even care.
