Pre Race stuff
Loong warmup and stretch. A few starts. Hurdle driulls and stuff. Nothing major, i need to be rested for my first meet tomorrow.
shuttle hurdle split- 7.8x
Then i’m either running the 4×4 or the 1000m.
If 4×4, then 52 split
If 1000m, then who knows… maybe like 2:45.xx
