Wow, first time doing this kind of workout on the trak in a long time. That lactic acid absolutly killed me. I actual was really happy that i did so bad, because that means there is so much room for improvement. If i ran a 51 sec. 400 in this kind of shape, ill be breaking 49.5 for sure in outdoor. I can’t wait til it gets warm out and i can run practicly naked.
