how long have you been running on the syntehtic track??it could take a few weeks for your legs to adjust…does it hurt running on grass??or have you tried running on grass…i think maybe you lack leg stiffness….
I would say I have been running on this track for 2-3 weeks now using the basic schedule above (T,TH,Sat)
I have been adding grass running but I will typically do that after the pain starts so it is hard to determine if just grass running hurts or not.
By lacking leg stiffness what do you mean? And how can I get that back? Lacking leg strength?
