Right, im thinking of either coming off this after indoor competition ends this week, or going from 3 caps to 2 caps a night. Reason being that even though it is cheap, I am still at school with no job, so the £10 a month it costs at the moment (90 caps, 3 a night in 30 days) is going to eat into my very limited finances.
What do you guys recommend? I have felt it makes me sleep better, also im in a second growth spurt at the moment so maybe its best to keep takign 3 so i can get the full sleep benefits durign this period?
