MON- WENT WAY TO HARD SUNDAY NIGHT
it was marathon monday (boston marathon for those that dont know)
I ate 7 hot dogs in one and a half hour cuz i was so hungover and didnt really comprehend that im not a tank.
workout: (try not to throw was probably the hardest part)
4x 2 x100m walk back rest/ 3 min
Tues:
tired as anything didnt really want to do a workout on the track and felt like taking it easy.
6x150m at a very easy pace. I ran them at colleen’s pace as it was her workout and she was going at her 85%. i was more or less jogging
Wed:
2x80m
2x60m
1x40m
all runs done off the curve.
Thurs:
Body was just hurting all over, hammy felt like shit. did 1km of turf runs like last year.
