havent said much cuz of school
Last week i was sat out of practice the whole week cuz of the trainers and my hamstring
NEWMACs
4 by1 – 44.29 (bad race for me)
100 – 11.73 with a – 2.3wind … also bad race
this week i am running the 4 by 1 and probably a 4 by 4

a few barefoot strides
streching
hamstrings feel sorta tight so im streching several times daily, much less pain then last week – hopefully not much pain when i do starts
